Fake Data

Please be aware that you may be targeted by database management and data list companies offering contact details of those who have registered for International Cyber Expo and International Security Expo, as we have noticed a spike in the volume and frequency of spam emails trying to sell and offer our data.

Under no circumstance do we sell our data, so if you receive any communications about International Cyber Expo and International Security Expo data, please assume they are fake and ignore them. Should you have any queries about anything you receive, please contact your Account Manager who will be happy to advise.

Fake Event Guide Listings

The official 2024 Event Guide, Preview and Pocket Map are being produced and managed by Xcalibre Communications, so please be vigilant if you are approached by any other company or service.

Expo-Guide, Inter-Fairs, Fairguide.com regularly publicise their services to our exhibitors. These companies use a misleading form, which resembles an organiser’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory.

Expo-Guide, Inter-Fairs, Fairguide.com have no connection with exhibition organisers or any of their events. Please do not engage with these companies.

For more information, visit the AEO website page on industry scams here.

Fake Accommodation Services

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service, other than our official accommodation partner Event Express. We have been made aware of other accommodation companies such as Global Housing Services Corporation that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these agencies or companies will be at your own risk.

***Always check our list of official contractors in the Exhibitor Manual or contact us if you are unsure of the legitimacy of a third party.***
