University students are more than welcome however the event is heavily tailored to those already working in the cyber industry.

Yes, your ticket is valid for the duration of the event which is from 24-25 September 2024.

Yes, the event is free to attend and your pass will give you access to the complete conference programme, global cyber summit programme and much more!

Yes, you can register upon arrival at Olympia. We do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register via our event website.

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

We aim to review applications to attend the event within 3 working days. If more than 3 working days have passed since you applied and you haven’t received confirmation, please fully check your inbox plus junk/spam folders before contacting us at: info@internationalcyberexpo.com

If we require more information to approve your application, you will receive an email detailing the steps you need to take. Please note that if you used a personal email address when registering, this may cause a delay in confirming your application to attend and may result in us requesting more information from you.

Your badge will be issued in the weeks before the event. We recommend you print your badge at home to save time queuing onsite. However, if you are unable to do this, there will be badge collection facilities as well at the event.

If you wish to edit your registration details, please email info@internationalcyberexpo.com and we will be happy to make amendments to your registration. 

Your visitor pass gives you access to the entire event on both Tuesday 24th September and Wednesday 25th September 2024. The pass also allows you access to the full conference & summit programmes, as well as networking opportunities and much more!

In case you forget your pass, you will need to go to the Registration desks and they will print your ticket for you. Please carry a form of ID with you as you may be asked to produce one, as the show is only open to trade visitors. ID can be in the form of a business card.

Yes, visitors can access the venue’s free WiFi by selecting Olympia WiFi from their device and choosing Free Visitor WiFi.

Yes, there is a cloakroom available at the event. The cloakroom is situated to the right of the main entrance inside the hall. It is open from 09:00 on each day until half an hour after the show closes on each day. There is a charge per item left each day.

Yes, there are several ATMs in the entrance of Olympia. The nearest cash points to the venue are outside the Post Office at 8-10 North End Road, W14 0SH and outside Sainsbury’s Local on Kensington High Street, W14 8JH (both free)

We are only able to issue visa support letters to speakers whom we have invited to speak at International Cyber Expo, and exhibitors who have paid in full for their stands. If you are a speaker, please discuss with the content team. If you are an exhibitor, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. Please note that exhibition fees will not be refunded in the case of a visa not being obtained or denied.

 

Under no circumstance are we able to issue visa letters to visitors to attend International Cyber Expo. If we have approved your application to attend the event you will receive an email confirming this, and we recommend using this email as supporting documentation for your visa application.

There are a number of cafés within the exhibition hall. Themed cafés serving items ranging from light snacks and refreshments to hot meals and drinks can be found within the venue. 

On arrival at Olympia London, printed pocket maps can be collected from the registration area as you enter. A digital Event Guide with floorplan will also be available to download from the website.

No, our conferences / seminars are free to attend for visitors on a first-come, first-served basis so we recommend that you arrive at your chosen sessions in plenty of time.

No, we will not be filming any of the talks at this year’s event. A selection of speaker presentations will be made available online after the event, subject to permission from speakers.
