THE CYBER IMPACT

Anchored by ITN Presenter Sharon Thomas from ITN’s London studios, the programme will raise awareness of cyber-threats faced by individuals and organisations in the UK and the ongoing response and solutions to these threats.

The programme will be produced by a team of experienced ITN Business producers, directors and crew. Our innovative approach to news-style programming, together with a knowledge of production and storytelling will create an insightful and impactful message for viewers.

The Cyber Impact will explore the latest cyber security technology and human-interest stories that stand out from mainstream media coverage and feature case studies from across different sectors. We will aim to create a broader understanding of the cyber threats faced today so that people and businesses, can rapidly recognise and respond to them.​

It will highlight the work being done by the UK Cyber Security Council in supporting the UK Government’s National Cyber Security Strategy, to make the UK the safest place to live and work online, and its aims to leverage all available expertise, relevant standards and guidance to deliver practical advice to the profession.
