Terms of Sale of VIP Tickets for International Cyber Expo & International Security Expo    

Sales

1.    VIP tickets to our events (the Events) are sold by Nineteen Group Limited of Central House, 1 Alwyne Road, London, SW19  7AB (we, us). By purchasing a VIP ticket to an Event,  you agree to be bound by these terms (the Terms).  If you have any questions in relation to these Terms or an Event, please contact us on info@nineteengroup.com.

2.    We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time at our discretion so you should review them carefully before you buy a VIP ticket to an Event. 

3.    To purchase a VIP ticket to the Events, you must be at least 18 years old and work as a cyber or security professional in the armed forces, government, equipment procurement organisations, specifiers, operators/end users, trade media, or research establishments. Once we receive your payment for the VIP ticket, we may use the information you provide to us to verify your eligibility.  If we believe that you are not eligible to purchase a VIP ticket, we shall promptly notify you,  refund you the cost paid for your VIP ticket and cancel your VIP ticket.

4.    Tickets are non-refundable and the re-sale of tickets is prohibited.

5.    The VIP ticket fee includes the items listed in VIP Package breakdown described in the packages section of the International Security Expo and International Cyber Expo registration form on the website.

Payment

6.    Payment is due immediately on ordering a VIP ticket. All prices quoted include VAT and  a VAT receipt will be issued on receipt of full payment.

7.    If applicable, credit card payments may be taken and charged in GBP using the latest conversion rate of the Bank of England.  

Attending the Event

8.    You can cancel your VIP ticket and receive a credit equal to the amount paid for the VIP ticket, provided you notify us at least 7 complete days before the Event.

9.     When you attend an Event, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the Event venue, and you agree that we shall be entitled to refuse you entry and/or require you to leave the Event if you fail to do so.

10.    When you attend an Event, you agree not to film or photograph any other attendees without their permission.  However, you agree that we may film, photograph or otherwise record your attendance, including any feedback you give to us and use such recordings for any purpose relating to our business including on our website.

11.    We accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage including to personal property brought to an Event except where we have been negligent.

12.    No photography, filming or recording may be made of any presentation at the Event.  You acknowledge that the content of the presentations at the Event do not necessarily reflect our views or opinions. We cannot accept any liability to you or anyone else for any losses of any nature resulting from any decision made or not made, or action taken or not taken, in reliance on such content.

Changes, Postponement and Cancellation

13.    We may have to change the venue for the Event or postpone or cancel the Event for reasons outside of our control including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness.   We shall promptly notify you in such circumstances.

14.    If we have to change the venue for an Event, we shall do our best to make sure that the new venue is close to the original venue. But, if the new venue is not closely located and you are unable to attend the new venue, we can accept a substitute delegate in your place, or we will give you a credit equal to the price paid provided you notify us by email within 5 days of receipt of the notification of change of venue.

15.    If we have to postpone the Event, we shall transfer your attendance to the new Event.  However, if you are unable to attend the new Event, we can accept a substitute delegate in your place, or we will give you a credit equal to the price paid provided you notify us by email within 5 days of receipt of the notification of postponement.

16.    If we have to cancel the Event, we will give you a credit equal to the price paid.

17.    All credits  must be used towards payment for any other event that we host in the 12 months following the date of issue of the credit.

Personal data

18.    Our privacy policy can be found at https://www.nineteengroup.com/privacy-policy.  By submitting your details to us and attending the Event you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy.  

19.    We will provide your name, job title, organisation and email address to sponsors of the Event so that they can contact you if they believe they have a legitimate interest to do so.  Please notify us if you would like to opt out by emailing: iseteam@internationalsecurityexpo.com

Liability

20.    We shall host the Event with reasonable skill and care, but we shall not be liable to you for fees, travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to relocate, postpone or cancel the Event.   We shall have no liability whatsoever for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunity, lost goodwill and/or any indirect costs or expenses or any consequential losses howsoever incurred by you in relation to the Event. In no event will our liability to you exceed the price you paid for the VIP ticket.

21.    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable then that shall not prevent the remainder of these Terms from remaining valid.

Governing Law

22.    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
