Valeria Santamato is a Security Consultant at Accenture, recognised for her ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains in cybersecurity. Her experience spans both operational and strategic roles: from troubleshooting Privileged Access Management infrastructure to embedding Security by Design into large-scale IT solutions. She specialises in delivering actionable security strategies that align with business goals. Valeria has worked with clients across various industries, including energy, insurance, retail, and luxury, helping them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges.

In 2022, Valeria received the prestigious “European Cyber Women” Award from CEFCYS, amplifying her voice in advocating for gender inclusion in cybersecurity. As an active member of CEFCYS and WAKE, she contributes to educational and international initiatives that promote diversity in tech. Her commitment includes teaching university-level cybersecurity courses in France and leading workshops in schools and companies (notably during her upcoming trip to Rwanda) to inspire women and girls to pursue careers in tech and cyber.
