Susanne BITTER is a dynamic leader in the cybersecurity field, currently serving as the Head of Regional Strategic Alliances for the United Kingdom at the Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI), among other roles she is also the Teaching Cyber Consultant for the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
With an MBA in Strategic Management from Nottingham Trent University and a PhD candidacy in Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London, Susanne combines academic rigor with real-world expertise. She boasts over 15 years of experience as an information security and data privacy professional, holding prestigious certifications such as CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer, and ITIL.
Beyond her cybersecurity achievements, Susanne is a multiple-time Czech National Powerlifting Champion (IPF) and holds several national records. She actively competes internationally, representing her country with pride.
Throughout her career, Susanne has excelled in various consultancy and business roles across industries, from local authorities and pharmaceutical giants to global companies like BP and Samsung. Her extensive global experience has not only refined her expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), but has also equipped her with a robust understanding of security frameworks and best practices across emerging technologies, including AI.
