Paul Crichard is the Chief Information Security Officer for Serco in UK and Europe.

Joined Serco in 2022 to change the approach of Cyber for Serco, in how it’s delivered and how it’s viewed.

He comes from over 15 years of experience within Cyber across multiple industry verticals from Governance, Defence, Telecoms, Health and Technology. He has come from an operational background running global operations teams and leading some of the largest cyber breaches you haven’t heard of.

He has also worked on both sides of the business from internal resource to commercial strategist. He has also been a Non-executive director for a number of organisations.
