Fran is a Principal Policy Advisor on Emerging Technology at Which?, leading work on cyber security and AI policy. She previously held roles at Ofcom, working in a public policy on telecommunications security and resilience, and in the UK Government, focusing on cyber security and AI. Earlier in her career, she worked in the House of Commons for a government whip and in the EU on women’s rights, culture, and education policy. With experience spanning government, regulation, and advocacy, she aims to bring a broad perspective to emerging technology policy.
