Amy Lemberger is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale security transformations across medium to large enterprises. As Gamma’s first Chief Information Security Officer, she built a security organisation from the ground up and executed a multi-year transformation programme that aligned directly with the company’s IPO and FTSE 250 ambitions. Under her leadership, Gamma embedded governance and compliance at enterprise scale, and significantly strengthened their cyber resilience.

Amy has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, ranging from driving group-wide security roadmaps and regulatory compliance under the UK Telecommunications Security Act and NIS2 Directive, to enabling revenue growth in regulated sectors by ensuring security became a differentiator in bids and customer engagements.
