Theresa is a Tech Policy Associate leading on UK cyber policy at Global Counsel. She advises Big Data and AI companies on engaging with AI, data, and cyber policy, operating at the intersection of technology and politics. Previously, she worked as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Researcher at Control Risks and at the German development agency GIZ, where she worked on digitising international development cooperation.
