Nick Bell is Detective Superintendent with the NPCC National Cybercrime Programme, Chief Executive of the National Cyber Resilience Centre Group Company (NCRCG) and National Policing Director for Cyber Resilience Centres (CRCs).
As CEO of the NCRCG he leads a company which has been established to create a national strategic relationship for policing and business to tackle cybercrime, to improve the cyber security and resilience of SMEs and the UK supply chain, to develop UK cyber security talent and to support the wider network of regional cyber resilience centres.
He leads on the establishment of the regional Cyber Resilience Centre network across England and Wales. Nick manages the key strategic stakeholder relationships with the private sector and academia, the National Cyber Security Centre, the National Cyber Protect capability, the Home Office and Chief Officers.
Nick has 28 years policing experience, a career detective he joined the National Cybercrime Programme from the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit where he was Head of Regional Cyber Crime, Digital Forensics and Economic Crime. Nick has extensive experience as a Senior Investigating Officer leading complex cybercrime and economic crime.
